Application Checklist

Worldwide Capital Mortgage makes it easy to apply for a loan. You can start the loan process securely online, or you can give us a call at (866)-EZFUNDZ to speak with a consultant. Soon, you will be getting personalized advice, tailored strategic information and a dedicated consultant to help you get the right loan for you. We understand how important this decision can be after all, it is home. To make you as comfortable as possible, we want to take you through the loan process.
  • Copy of two recent pay stubs
  • Current mortgage statement and/or account information
  • Previous two years W2s
  • Verification of any additional income
  • Homeowner's insurance declaration (last page of policy which includes agent's name & number)
  • Copy of deed, if refinacing
  • Promissory Note/Bond showing the terms of current mortgage
  • Title information
  • Signed copies of last two years 1040's with all schedules, for self-employed borrowers
  • Three previous months bank statements
  • Previous property assessments, if applicable
  • Names and addresses of employers for past two years
  • Current value of your house
  • Current loan provider and outstanding loan amount
  • Accounts and addresses of all debts to be paid off, for debt consolidation
  • Co-borrower information
  • Asset information including IRA's,401, investment and stock accounts
